Our 46-bed Long-Term SubAcute Unit is one of the largest in Orange County. South Coast Global Medical Centeris fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), licensed by the State of California and offer advanced technology with a highly specialized staff. We provide a broad range of services to patients who have complex medical conditions or illness requiring extensive treatment.
We specialize in treating patients who require more intensive nursing and respiratory care including post accident and ventilator dependent patients. Because our unit is located directly in our acute care hospital, patients with medical problems have immediate access to acute care services without the need for emergency transportation to another facility. Our unit offers a friendly environment with personalized attention to help meet both patient and family needs.
